Hans-Günther Bücking
Hans-Guenther Buecking is regarded as one of Germany"s leading cinematographers, and has served as director of photography on about 30 features and 30 TV films. He received the German Camera Prize in 1988 for his work on Nina Grosse"s "Der glaeserne Himmel". His credits include "Gudrun"(Hans W. Geissendoerfer, 1991), the Golden Globe and Academy Award-nominated "Justice" ("Justiz", Hans W. Geissendoerfer, 1994), "Todesspiel" (Heinrich Breloer, TV,1997), "Love Scenes On Planet Earth" ("Das merkwuerdige Verhalten geschlechtsreifer Grossstaedter zur Paarungszeit", Marc Rothemund, 1998), "Widows" (Sherry Hormann, 1998), "Solo For Clarinet" ("Solo fuer Klarinette", Nico Hofmann, 1998). His films as a director are: "Einmal Arizona"(1991), "The Heads of My Loved Ones" ("Die Haeupter meiner Lieben", 1999), and the "Polizeiruf 110" episode "Fluch der guten Tat" (TV, 2001).
