Peter Kern was born in 1949 in Vienna and was a singer in the famous Vienna Boys Choir. He began working with Fassbinder in 1973 and won a German Film Award in 1978 for his performances in "Hitler - Ein Film aus Deutschland" and "Flammende Herzen". He appeared as an actor in numerous films, including Werner Schroeter"s "Malina" and Monika Treut"s "Let"s Talk About Sex".
