Claudio Magno was born in 2007 to a German mother and an Italian father. His father, who works as a reporter and cameraman at the RTL TV network, brought him into contact with the media world at an early age. After his older brother Maurizio (*2003) had already been working as an actor since 2010, Claudio Magno first appeared in the RTL daily soap "Unter uns" in 2011. He also appeared under the direction of Jan Bonny in the spot "Sharks" (2011), which showed sharks far away from their image as monsters.
Claudio Magno's first leading role was in Tomy Wiegand's TV comedy "Mütter-Mafia" (2014) and its sequel "Die Müttermafia-Patin" (2015), as the main character's son. He had guest appearances in episodes of the TV series "SOKO Köln" and "Alarm für Cobra 11". Magno then played an important role in the children's movie "Hexe Lilli rettet Weihnachten" ("Lilly's Bewitched Christmas", DE/AT/BE 2017), as the little brother of the witch Lilli; his brother Maurizio also appeared in the movie.
Claudio Magno had his first leading role in a feature film in the drama "Sterne über uns" (2019, directed by Christina Ebelt), about a single mother and her nine-year-old son, who lose their flat and are forced to live in a tent in the woods.
