Summary
Smoking Cuban Style
Paul and Bernd have established the basis for a joint existence by opening up a small antiques store. Paul acts as the financial manager of the two, Bernd knows all about antiques and has various connections. Paul takes out his share of the start-up capital from the bank - with the father of his long standing girlfriend Eva vouching for him. Bernd borrows his share from his boss and paternal friend Dragan.
All is well until one night Bernd introduces Paul to Lisa. What was thought of as a harmless diversion from Paul′s rather married bliss develops into a full-blown affair and a danger: if Eva finds out about Lisa, the financial footing of the antiques store will be at risk. For Paul is slowly but surely prepared to forget about everything for Lisa: the shop, Eva, and especially the credit. The more Bernd tries to set matters straight, the more things come undone...
