Kyra Sophia Kahre was born on March 27 1989. She studied acting with coaches Nick Dong-Sik and Susanne Geyer, and participated in a 2012 acting workshop and camera course by Teresa Harder. Also in 2012, she had supporting roles in Achim Bornhak's "Frühlingsgefühle" and "Frühling für Anfänger", while Marcus O. Rosenmüller cast her in his period drama "Die Holzbaronin" (2012, TV).
The box office hit "Fack Ju Göhte" ("Suck Me Shakespeer", 2013) marked Kyra Sophia Kahre's first major role in a theatrical release. She was next seen in Sylke Enders' "Schönefeld Boulevard" (2014), the fairy tale adaptation "Die drei Federn" (2014, TV) and in "Mein Sohn Helen" (2015, TV).
Kahre was one of the leads in Florian Gaag's "LenaLove", which was released in 2016.
