Ingo Rasper was born in 1974 in Hildesheim. After studying at the Filmakademie Baden-Wuerttemberg, he spent a year in Los Angeles completing various scriptwriting internships and has served as a director's and production assistant, editor and location scout for numerous other productions in Germany. His films include: the shorts "Irregulär" (1999), "Vor dem Essen" (2000), "Rübergemacht" (2001), "Dufte" (2002), "Das Grüne im Himmel" (2003), "Mensch Maxi" (2004), "Neuschwanstein Consipracy" (2005), and the features "Reine Geschmacksache" ("Fashion Victims") ( 2007) and "Vatertage - Opa über Nacht" (2012).
