Holger Haase was born in 1975 in Hamm. He studied Film Directing at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg and graduated in 2004. His debut short film "Zwei Wochen in Argentinien" (2003) was honored with the Young Talent Promotional Award at the Biberach Film Festival and nominated for the Grimme Award in 2006. Among his other films are short films, TV movies and series.
