From 2011 until 2013, Sturm played a young police detective in the Munich edition of the "Tatort" series, and her last appearance in the role garnered her a nomination at the Bavarian Television Award. Reteaming with director Rosenmüller and co-star Rosalie Thomass, she again played the role of Kati in "Beste Chance", the third and final film in the trilogy. After that, she appeared in the lead tole of Holger Haase's love comedy film "Heiraten ist nichts für Feiglinge" (2015, TV) and the sister of a murder victim in "Hattinger und der Nebel - Ein Chiemseekrimi" (2016, TV).
