Alexandra Neldel, born February 11, 1976, in Berlin, started out as a dental nurse after finishing high school. By accident, she met a casting agent in 1996 and landed a part in the RTL TV series "Gute Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten". For three years, Neldel played a leading role in the successful "daily soap" and thus became known to a large public with her first role. After leaving "Gute Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten", Neldel appeared in striking supporting parts in several TV productions as well as in popular movies, including the gangster comedy "Bang Boom Bang" ("Bang Boom Bang - A Sure Thing", 1999), the highly praised satire "Sie haben Knut" ("They"ve Got Knut", 2003), where Neldel was able to play out her full acting skills, and Til Schweiger"s successful film "Barfuss" ("Barefoot", 2005).
From 2005 to 2007, Neldel starred in the successful TV series "Verliebt in Berlin" ("That"s Life"). Furthermore, the actor"s ensemble of "Verliebt in Berlin" won the German TV award in 2005. In 2008, Neldel starred in her first leading role in a movie in the romantic musical "Märzmelodie" ("Melodies of Spring"), directed by Martin Walz.
