Summary
Trained To See - Three Women And The War
They were pioneers: as war correspondents, Martha Gellhorn, Margret Bourke-White and Lee Miller reported direct from the frontlines during the second world war and in doing so were among the first women in history to cast their gaze on the "male craft" of war. An impressive film about the horrors of war composed exclusively of their writing, photographs and film footage shot by the allies.
