Neuschwanstein Conspiracy

The year is 2004, this year is an election year. Earth is entirely controlled by the Americans. Well, not entirely. On the other side of the planet, in Old Europe, next to the castle Neuschwanstein, there is a small oasis of peacefulness, that is not concerned with election campaigns, or anti terror strategies. But the Bavarian harmony is getting threatened by a transatlantic miscommunication.
