Werner′s back! And with him are Andi, Eckat, Meister Roehrich, the greasy petrol-pump attendant Shorty Moechtegross from the Fuselin petrol station, his thugs Hei-ner and Bodo, and, not forgetting, Wer-ner′s enemies from the cop shop.

However, Bentley driver Nobelschroeder, the owner of the swish restaurant Cardan Bleu, is a load of trouble for Werner and Andi. To start with, the two write off their turbo-propelled ice sledge in a race against Nobelschroeder, then the showoff goes and dares to challenge them to a return race. This time, the whole kaboosh is on the line: including none other than Borsti, Andi and Werner′s beloved pet pig. So, it′s only natural that the two automobile wizards should set about preparing the ultimate counter-strike: they create a machine from Hell - according to their own specifications - to send the Bentley to Kingdom come. This machine with an aeroplane engine only runs on a very special concoction - but when it does, it′s full throttle. So, nothing can really go wrong in the race for Borsti. The only thing is that Werner and Andi must be at the agreed meeting point on time. It′s not just a race against Nobelschroeder, but also one against time.
