Marc Schlegel's second feature film centres on the shy outsider Flake who not only suffers from the fact that his parents named him after the keyboard player of the heavy metal band Rammstein. He simply can't find it in himself to finally declare his love to Leonie, the new girl in his class, and also stand up to his rival in love, Maximilian. Flake has a habit of making the wrong choices – and then meets the drug dealer Kim and the embittered wheelchair user Philipp. That encounter develops into a tour de force as the unlikely trio make their way through the Swabian countryside – in an ancient Piaggio moped three-wheeler that can just about do a top speed of 45 kilometres per hour – on the way to Leonie...
