The Crossing

When the village of the siblings Kyona and Adriel is attacked, their family decides to flee. During a checkpoint on the train, the two children are separated from their parents and must travel on alone. In search of some safety and a new home, they travel through a continent full of danger, leaving their childhood behind.

The images by artist Florence Miailhe were hand-painted on glass and then animated.
