At the Calella Film Festival (Spain), Adrian and Schürmann received the award for Best Actor respectively. At the quarterly Queen Palm International Film Festival in Palm Springs (USA), Adrian was awarded Best Actor in January 2021.
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, "Deine Farbe" was not released theatrically in Germany but as video-on-demand in February 2021.
