An animated feature which uses the rotoscoping technique in its adaptation of the graphic novel by Jaroslav Rudiš und Jaromír Švejdík. The story is set in the year 1989 in Czech Silesia. Alois Nebel is a station master working at a railway station close toe the Polish boarder. One day, a strange, mute man suddenly appears and Nebel is mysteriously confronted with a dark chapter from his own past, dating back to the final days of WWII.
