Kein Zickenfox

Documentary on the world's biggest all-female brass orchestra from Berlin-Kreuzberg. Sixty-six women aged between twenty and seventy meet every week to rehearse, and though they all come from different backgrounds, they share a passion for (brass) music. The orchestra, which comprises twenty-one instruments and has a vast and diverse repertoire, performs in small venues, but also in large concert halls. In addition to following the members during rehearsals and shows, the film also portrays the everyday life of the musicians.
