The documentary film accompanies a project by chorographer Heike Henning who invited four former professional dance performancers, who were all nearing the age of 80, to return to the stage despite their old age. This idea becomes all the more unconventional as professional dancers in classical ballet normally end their careers in their mid-30s at the latest.
