Biography
Shahbaz Noshir was born in 1959 in Iran and has been living in Germany since 1986. He studied Performance Theater in Berlin. Active as a freelance photographer, scriptwriter, actor and filmmaker, his films as a director include: the shorts "Glass Eyes" (1997), "Caught Voice" (2002), "Angst isst Seele auf" ("Fear Eats Soul", 2002), "Waiting" (2004), "Soil Temptations" (2007), "That My Heart Beats", "I Have You To Thank" (doc, 2008), "Long Way" (2010), "I Will Greet The Sun Again" (2011), "Oh Istanbul" (doc, 2012), "Fade Out" (2013), the art portrait of Peter Robert Keil "Es malt aus mir" (2013), and the feature "Puya – In The Circle Of Time (2017).
