Born in 2012, Maïmouna Rudolph-Mbacké made her on-screen debut at the age of nine in Agnes Maagaard Petersen’s short film "Unkraut" ("The Sky is a Square"). After landing small television roles, she was cast in a leading part in Süheyla Schwenk’s TV film "Die Reise zu mir" in 2023, playing an eleven-year-old who becomes convinced that a television actress (Franziska Wulf) is her long-lost mother.
Following a key role in the TV series "Schwarze Schafe – Die Serie" (2023), Maïmouna Rudolph-Mbacké took on her first leading role in a feature film. In "Der Prank – April, April!" ("Prank," DE/CH 2025), she plays a girl who embarks on a wild adventure alongside two boys her age.
