Biography

Lucas Herzog, born in 2010, grew up in Frankfurt, where he attended various courses in acting, singing and dancing at the Stagecoach Acting School from 2015 to 2021. He made his debut in front of the camera in 2021 with a leading role in the 17-minute short film "Du gehörst mir", about two unlikely friends who join the Hitler Youth during the Nazi era and come into conflict when they meet a Jewish girl. That same year, he landed the title role in the "Tatort" episode "Marlon," about a misbehaving, unpopular student who dies under mysterious circumstances.   

After appearing in one episode of the Netflix series "All the Light We Don't See", which premiered in fall 2023, Lucas Herzog starred as a slightly chaotic student in the award-winning feature film "Die unlangweiligste Schule der Welt" ("Mission: School of Fun", 2023). Also in 2023, he appeared in front of the camera in the title role of the children's film "Max und die Wilden 7 - Die Geisteroma" ("Max and the Wild Bunch - The Ghostly Granny"), which will be released in 2024.
