Lina Larissa Strahl was born in 1997. In 2013, she participated in a music contest hosted by TV network KIKA and won the title "Songwriter of the year 2013" for her own composition "Freakin' Out". Shortly afterwards, she successfully auditioned for "Bibi & Tina", a screen adaptation of the eponymous audio drama series. Directed by Detlev Buck, the film stars Lina Larissa Strahl in the role of teen witch Bibi Blocksberg and was released in Germany in March 2014. She reprised the role of Bibi for the two sequels "Bibi & Tina: Voll verhext!" (2014) and "Bibi und Tina 3 - Mädchen gegen Jungs" (2016).
In the next few years, Strahl made a career primarily as a musician: After her first album "Official" was released in 2016, the second album "Ego" already followed at the end of 2017. She had presented some songs from this album as part of a tour in the summer of 2017, during which Louis Held, Tilman Pörzgen and Phil Laude from the "Bibi-&-Tina" films performed with her on some songs. In the spring and summer of 2018, Strahl went on tour again. In November of the same year, her third album "R3bellin" was released, followed by a tour in March 2019, with Tilman Pörzgen opening for her.
At the end of 2019, she was a contestant on the show "Dancing on Ice"; further song releases followed at the end of 2020 and 2021. In the film sector, Strahl worked as a dubbing voice actor, e.g. on the animated film "UglyDolls" (US 2019) and the comedy "Booksmart" (US 2019). She recorded the theme song "Look Up To The Sky" for the German-Austrian fairy tale adaptation "Peterchens Mondfahrt" (2021).
In 2022, Lina Larissa Strahl appeared again in a feature film: in "Alle für Ella" ("Featuring Ella") she played an aspiring musician who teams up with her biggest rival in a song contest, putting her friendship with her unsuspecting fellow musicians to the test.
