Biography
Lenard Fritz Krawinkel Born in 1966, Lenard Fritz Krawinkel studied Medecine and History of Art in Paris, Budapest and Geneva before working as a TV journalist in Berlin. He also directed several documentary dramas for SFB and WDR. He began studies at the Academy for Television & Film (HFF) in Munich from 1993 and continued at FEMIS in Paris. He directed short films, music videos and commercials before shooting the pilot and two additional episodes to the ZDF series "First Love". He made his feature directorial debut in winter 1999 with "Sumo Bruno" for Babelsberg Film.
