Biography
Born in Kevelaer on the Lower Rhine on 2.8.1977, she trained as a media designer for digital and print media from 1997- 2000. She subsequently worked as a freelance graphic artist and was a trainee on various films, including a directing internship for Peter F. Bringmann in 2002. She took up studies at the Academy of Media Arts (KHM) in 2001 where she attended the film and television course from 2003. In 2004/5 she took part in a student exchange programme at the Escuela Internacional de Cine y Televisión in Cuba. She graduated with a diploma in audiovisual media from the KHM in 2007.
