Elan Ben Ali, a French citizen, was born on February 15, 1993. During his high school years, he performed on stage in student productions. After graduation, he gained experience in various conservatories and acting schools: Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional (2014), Conservatoire de Bobigny (2015), Ecole Municipale d'Art Dramatique (2015) and Théâtre de La Colline (2015-16). From 2017 to 2020, he is pursuing an acting program at the Théâtre National de Strasbourg (TNS).
During his studies, Ben Ali appeared in several theater and film productions, mostly in supporting roles. He landed a lead role in Simon Verhoeven's German-French film production "Girl You Know It's True," a comedy about the rise and fall of pop duo Milli Vanilli in the late 1980s. In the film, Ben Ali portrayed one half of the duo, dancer Fabrice Morvan. The movie premiered in late 2023.
