Biography
Cristoph Kuehn was born in Zug/Switzerland in 1952 and studied at Munich"s Academy for Television & Film (HFF) from 1976-1980. He worked on various German films as assistant cameraman, production manager and editor before making his directorial debut in 1980 with "Falsche Bilder". He wrote and directed several documentaries for television and served as assistant director on various feature films between 1986-1991. His films as director include: "FRS - Das Kino der Nation" (documentary, 1984/85), "Das ganze Leben als Reise" (TV, 1992), "Sophie Taeuber-Arp" (documentary, 1993), "Bilder des Alltags" (documentary, 1995), and "Irrlichter" (1996).
