Cecilio Andresen, born in 2011, made his acting debut in 2020, appearing in a TV commercial for an online educational game. The following year, Marc Rothemund cast him in a leading role in the feature film "Wochenendrebellen," based on the autobiographical book "Wir Wochenendrebellen" by Mirco von Juterczenka and Jason von Juterczenka. In the film, Andresen embodied an autistic boy who goes on a quest with his father to find a favorite soccer club. The film was released in September 2023.
