Biography
Bogdan Dumitrescu-Dreyer was born in Romania in 1962. He moved to Germany in 1980 and studied at the Libera Università del Cinema di Roma (Italy) where he graduated in 1987 and is now teaching as a guest professor. He subsequently worked as an assistant director and made his feature film debut in 1990 with "Where The Sun Is Cold" ("Wo die Sonne kalt ist"). His other films include: "Spicchi di Specchi" (short), "Deja-Vu" (short), "Suspance" (short), "Wundergeschichten" ("Storia di Miracoli", short, 1987), "Thalassa, Thalassa!" (1994), and "The Last Station"("Die letzte Station", 1997).
