Biography
André Bergelt was born in 1970 in East Berlin. After his schooling, he headed up the media office Nordlicht Weimar, before going on to study Psychology, Philosophy and Sports in Berlin. Since 1995, he has been working for numerous film production companies as a scriptwriter and assistant director. His films include the shorts: "Instant" (1994), "2 min kinolenta"(1995), "It"s a Teddys, Teddys, Teddys World" (1995), "Es ist niemand da" (1996), "Babulja" (1997) and "Ina"s Birthday" ("Inas Geburtstag", 2001).
