Biography
Alex Schmidt was born in 1978 in Berlin. After studies in Law from 1997-1999, she studied Audiovisual Media in Potsdam from 2001-2004 and graduated from the Hamburg Media School in 2006. Her films include: "Bass in Contra" (short, 2005), "Dow-Jane-Index" (short, 2005), "Childhood Scars" ("Rabenmutter", short, 2006), The Little Poison Mixer" ("Die kleine Giftmischerin", short, 2008), and her feature debut "Forgotten" ("Du hast es versprochen", 2012).
