Biography
Benjamin Leers studied Applied Media Sciences at the Technical University Ilmenau after several internships at film production companies. He is currently participating in a workshop for Interactive Media at the ifs international film school in Cologne. Also active as a producer and cinematographer, a selection of his films as a director includes: "Popkultur auf Rädern - mit den Jeepneys durch die Philippinen" (2009), "The Explorers Club - Alfred McLaren" (2010), "Der Gewürzladen" (2012), and "The Teacher's Country" (2013).
