Film synopsis: The British businessman Trayne and two accomplices develop a breakneck plan to steal the crown jewels out of the Tower of London. It includes doubles, kidnapping and the escape of a convict. During the preparations, however, they are accidentally photographed by tourist Hector. Does this mean that their plan is doomed to fail?

"Das Verrätertor" ("Traitor's Gate") was digitized by Tobis Home Entertainment GmbH as part of the film heritage funding program "Förderprogramm Filmerbe" (FFE) in 2019.
