The footage comes from a compilation reel from the film archive of the Deutsches Filminstitut. It is currently unclear whether the title plates, which flash only briefly, are from the original production or the original distributor. It is also unclear who the producer of the footage is, when exactly it was made, and what kind of movie it is (newsreel, current affairs, etc.).
