The footage shows, among other things, cavalrymen in Munich, Kaiser Wilhelm II's visit to Aachen on October 18, 1911 - with scenes at the town hall and on the Kaiserplatz with the Kaiser-Friedrich monument (these stations were visited in reverse chronology as mounted here), a traditional costume parade, a military parade, Piazza San Marco in Venice, a fashion show, and racing cars. An intertitle "Potsdam 1910" may indicate the time of the material's creation, but how the intertitles relate to the footage is unclear. It is also unclear who compiled this footage into a film reel and with what intent.
