Biography
Jannis Alexander Kiefer was born in Berlin in 1989. He studied audiovisual media at Beuth University and has been pursuing a directing degree at the Film University Babelsberg Konrad Wolf since 2016. His first-year film, "Comments", was screened at over 80 festivals worldwide and won several awards, including the Short Tiger Award from German Films. In 2019, his short film "Kaiser" received the Bild-Kunst Special Award at the Hof Film Festival. The following year, he won the German Short Film Award for "Meeting."
