Summary

15. Intertitle: The daily official communiqué. Every evening at 6 p.m. this is posted in German and French at the Lille war newspaper building. Image: Crowds of civilians stand in front of a building bearing the inscription 'Reading room'.

16. Intertitle: A train taking those on leave back home departs.
