Captain Wakusch
German-Georgian author Giwi Margwelaschwili led a wild life. Between swing-culture youth and escape from the Nazis, between Heidegger and Husserl, he developed fantastic works and philosophical tracts, before passing in 2020. Kerstin Nickig released this short documentary film following his death, in which the beloved writer speaks about his life in his special, witty way.
