Summary
Black dissolve. A woman’s voice begins to speak calmly: "The wound on your eye is running again." One is already torn from the gentle peace of the dark screen with the first sentence. What follows is an aesthetic that seems documentary and tells of a woman’s search. This involves runaway cats who later have electrodes attached to their heads and are administered antidepressants against Alzheimer disease. Research is thus just as much the theme as the subsequent question of where the boundary between shelter and imprisonment lies. Despite the audio-visual clarity, "FUZZY" is in fact fuzzy: the levels explain little in themselves, but nonetheless tell us a lot in their entirety and leave an endless space for interpretation that captivates and moves us.
