Summary
Animation film based on the popular animation TV series from 1976. The kindhearted, but cheeky bee Maya does not really feel like submitting to the strict working life in her hive. She prefers to explore the surrounding meadows and forests with her friend Willi. But then the "royal jelly" is stolen, which is vital for the queen bee. Now is the time for Maya to show what she is capable of: Together with Willi, she sets out to find the thief - the beginning of a great adventure, in the course of which the two little bees win a lot of new friends.
