Summary
Three young Parisian students – Kathrin, Sylvio, and Pierre –, all of them musicians with heart and soul and full of zest, suffer from financial hardships and even have to pawn their instruments. But then they meet the equally penniless composer Duval and suddenly, fate is on their side again. Soon, they become celebrated stars of French revues.
"Bonjour, Kathrin" is one of the first German popular music films with music written and performed by Caterina Valente, Peter Alexander, Silvio Francesco, the Comedian Quartet, the Sunshine Quartet, the Cornel Trio, the Kurt Edelhagen Band, and the Adalbert Luczkowski Band.
