Black Box

Summary

Johannes, the new property manager of an apartment building in Berlin, comes under suspicion on his first day at work. While supervising the unloading of an office container in the courtyard, an unknown person throws an egg at him. The situation escalates when a neighbor named Erik complains about the new location of the garbage cans and tries to rally other residents to his side. As a result, several residents from different backgrounds and social classes gradually find themselves in conflict with each other. Suddenly, access to the block is blocked by the police. No one is allowed in or out - and no one knows why. Anxiety and fear spread among the residents as rumors began to circulate. Prejudice and general insecurity threaten the once harmonious community, while the residents struggle with their own daily problems.
