The slightly naïve forklift driver Ferdinand has had countless insurance policies talked into him by a representative, which he will never need in his life and which, moreover, he cannot pay for all of them. So he makes his way to the insurance company's headquarters to cancel his policies. However, there is already a boisterous carnival mood in the offices. Nobody feels responsible for Ferdinand's problem. So his attempt to find a contact person becomes a Kafkaesque, absurdly comical odyssey through the corridors of insurance bureaucracy.
