Black Book
Holland during the end of World War II. The young German Jew Rachel barely escapes the Nazis and certain death. Now, she and her family take a big risk and try to flee to the already liberated southern part of Holland. But on their escape, they are checked by the German army and only Rachel survives. When she finally arrives in South Holland, Rachel joins a resistance group and meets the German officer Müntze. While trying to free some of their imprisoned comrades, the resistance fighters are bloodily ambushed. After that incident, Rachel′s friends but also the Germans accuse her of treason, Rachel again has to go into hiding – but this time together with Müntze.
