The 17-year-old student Sina Wolf has an affair with her teacher Helmut Fichte and meets him secretly at a lake in the forest. Her jealous friend Michael finds out about the affair and tells a classmate about it, who is about to fail they school year and decides to clackmail Fichte. Sina then lures Michael to the forest lake and kills him with a stone. She then tells the police that she was attacked by a rapist, who killed Michael when he came to her rescue. Detective inspector Finke doubts her statement and puts her under observation.
