In 1965, at the peak of the "Cold War", the world′s super powers hold a conference on demobilisation. At the same time, the rumour of a secret American weapon circulates among international intelligence services. To find out more about the plans of the US military, Russian operatives Colonel Olga and Major Anja are going to deal with the situation. With their wit, charm and sex appeal, they try to seduce the American delegates and turn this espionage mission into a different sort of international understanding.
