Martina Schöne-Radunski
Actress Martina Schöne-Radunski firstly earned recognition through her participation in the 2006 web-TV production "Ninas Welt", a soap opera produced in the form of three-minute-long episodes, especially for mobile television. She played her debut movie part in a supporting role for Tom Lass' "Papa Gold" (2009-2011). Afterwards, Tom Lass' brother Jakob Lass cast her for his film "Frontalwatte" in the supporting part as the ex-girlfriend of the main character. Again with Tom Lass as director (and co-protagonist), she played her first lead role in the relationship drama "Kaptn Oskar" (2012), about a young man whose ex-girlfriend repeatedly tries to sqeeze back into his life. For this part, Schöne-Radunski was awarded the Seymor Cassel Award at the Oldenburg Film Festival. Furthermore she earned a nomination for the Deutscher Schauspielerpreis as Best Up-And-Coming Actress.
In the film-compilation "German Angst"(2014) she played a cunning neo-nazi chick in the episode directed by Michal Kosakowski (title: "Make a Wish"). Again with Tom Lass, she got cast as supporting character in the outsider-lovestory "Blind & Hässlich" (2016). She played the leading part in the award-winning tragicomedy "Luca tanzt leise" (2016) about a young woman, who wants to finally graduate from school after a ten year long depression. The film premiered at the Filmfestival Max Ophüls Preis and appeared on German cinema screens in January 2017. Even before that, Schöne-Radunski starred in a small role of the TV-trilogy "Ku'damm '56" (2016).
At the end of 2016, she worked with Jakob Lass again: In his novel-adaptation "So was von da" (opening 2018) she played the eccentric and cheerful friend of a crisis-ridden Hamburg club-owner.
