The Trio

Zobel and Karl are a couple - and have been so for a long time. Lizzi, Zobel′s daughter from a heterosexual interlude, lives with the two men. Together, they form a trio. Their home is a caravan and their work - pickpocketing. Zobel has the upper hand and the money in this family and he organises their beats.

While Zobel feels that he′s in the prime of his life, Karl′s face shows every minute he′s spent in the daily grind of this trade. Karl is tired. The accidents where he puts the trio in jeopardy become more frequent. Trying to reverse one of his mistakes, he ends up in hospital with serious injuries. Karl dies and that changes everything. A young man now completes the trio. Rudolf is young, fast and quick to learn. Lizzi likes him and he awakes longings in Zobel, who, as the strict head of the family, immediately declares a fundamental principle: "No exchange of bodily fluids within the team". But Zobel is not the man to keep to a moral code - even if it is one he formulated himself. And Lizzi? She proves once again to be very much her father′s daughter.
