Mark Filatov
Mark Filatov was born in Kyrgyzstan in 1990. In 2009, he went to an audition and was promptly cast as the lead for the children's programme "dasbloghaus.tv". The same year, Filatov began to take private acting lessons. He appeared in several episodes of the soap opera "Verbotene Liebe" (2010) and made a memorable turn as a violent-prone teenager in Tim Trachte's TV drama "Davon willst Du nichts wissen" (2011). In 2011, he enrolled in the acting class of the Staatliche Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Stuttgart.
Director Stanislav Güntner gave Filatov his firs leading role in a cinema-release film: In the award-winning "Nemez", he plays a young Russian-German, who is released form juvenile prison and subsequently tries to leave his criminal past behind.
