Calm Prevails Over the Country

The film is set in a fictional South American country: The military has taken over power and rules the country with an iron fist. Anybody who voices a critical opinion about the political system is arrested. But in a small defiant village, the residents declare their solidarity with the countless political prisoners – in fact to the point in time until the entire city’s residents get arrested. Now, "Calm Prevails Over the Country" again.
