Blackmailers threaten to attack the operating company of a big-city elevated railroad in this action-packed film from the Harry Hill series. Master detective Hill and the railroad director's daughter, Alice Clausson, give the police a helping hand. The 'sensational film' was banned by the Film Review Board on October 10, 1921 for 'endangering public order and safety' and 'inciting similar attacks'. Two weeks later, the Supreme Review Board upheld the appeal of the production company Valy Arnheim-Film and granted approval.
